Swedish coped logs are available only in random lengths.
You may also custom tailor you own log package by
specifying those items you wish to purchase from
American. Logs may also be purchased in random lengths
with the builder cutting the logs for door and window
openings.
Conventional lumber needed for the home is typically
purchased by either the homeowner or builder from your
local lumber yard or building center. By doing this, the
materials can be delivered as they are needed on the job
site with considerable savings to the homeowner.
Excavation and foundation work, plumbing, electrical,
heating and cooling systems are generally supplied by
local contractors or sub-contractors in the area that the
home is to be built.
It is highly recommended that homeowners who wish to
build the home themselves have general construction
knowledge and experience. If not, engage a local,
experienced and reputable contractor. Check with local
building departments for building code requirements.

Financing should be obtained through local lending
institutions. The contract purchase agreement for an
American Log Home is 50% down, 6-8 weeks prior to
